Virtual GET.invest Matchmaking
The GET.invest Matchmaking with bilateral virtual meetings will be held from Monday, 30 May until Friday, 3 June. During this time period, each participant will be able to request meetings at any time for either 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. During the scheduling process, you will be notified whether the requested meeting time is outside the usual business hours of the requested meeting partners (depending on his/her time zone settings).
Where will my meetings take place?
Your meetings will take place on this webpage. No need to install any software. Please revise your agenda (see header menu) to inform about the starting time of your meetings and join the meeting by clicking on the button "Start meeting".
Anything else I need to note?
Please be punctual for your virtual meetings and respect the time of other matchmaking partipants.
Your meeting partner does not show up for the virtual meeting? - Please use the "Message" button and ask him/her to join the meeting or re-schedule the meeting to another date/time. If you need any further assistance, please contact the matchmaking organisation team via the support button.
What are the technical requirements for the virtual meetings?
Use devices with a Webcam & Microphone installed, preferably a computer having a webcam and microphone installed (laptop, tablet, etc).
There is no need to install any software.
Virtual GET.invest Matchmaking - How does it work?
A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners. 15-60 minutes run fast, but they are enough to build first connections before the meeting ends and the next talk starts.
Registration
Register via the "Register" button. You can either register for on-site attendance or online attendance. If you would like to join the GET.invest Matchmaking at the Kigali Convention centre and the virtual GET.invest Matchmaking please choose "On-Site attendance". If you want to participate only in the virtual matchmaking please choose "Online attendance".

Matchmaking Event
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings. Check your camera and microphone and don't be late!
